Cancellation Terms and Conditions

  • Credit Card numbers are supplied to guarantee the hotel reservation.
  • Delegates will be charged for their first nights accommodation, by the hotel, on June 1st. This charge will be non refundable. The balance will be paid on check out to the hotel.
  • Cancellations made between 21st June and 21st July are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the full booking value.
  • Cancellations made after 21st July will be charged in full for full booking.
